- Outside our opening times our premises are closed for our customers. Please adhere to this.
- We reserve the right to change our opening times when needed.
- The boarding fee is payable in full upon collecting your pet.
- We charge the full boarding fee if you pick up your pet on an earlier date than previously booked in.
